Working with government
Public services need software that is secure, accessible, well documented and accountable. This page sets out the facts a buyer needs, in plain terms.
The essentials
Who we are
An Australian company based in Melbourne's north. Our legal name, ABN and address are at the foot of every page.
Accessibility
We build to WCAG 2.2 level AA and test with automated checks and keyboard journeys on every release.
Data location
We host in the provider and region you require, including Australian regions, and disclose every service that processes data.
Protecting information
- Access is granted by role and enforced on the server, never only in the interface.
- Staff accounts use a second sign-in step.
- Important actions are recorded in an audit log that cannot be quietly edited.
- Secrets are kept out of code, and dependencies are checked for known vulnerabilities before release.
- Personal information is kept to what the service needs, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Read our security statement and privacy policy.
Documentation and handover
Every system we deliver comes with written decisions, an operator's runbook, and records of how it was tested. If your organisation runs the system itself, we hand it over with the knowledge to do so.
Starting a conversation
Tell us about the service, its users and its constraints. We will reply with questions, a suggested first release and an indicative cost, and we will answer your security and privacy questionnaires.
Questions buyers ask
Are you on a government panel?
Not yet. We will list any panel or supplier register here once we are admitted to it.
Can you work within our security requirements?
Yes. Share your requirements early and we will design to them and document how each is met.
Do you subcontract or send work offshore?
We will tell you in writing who works on your project and where, and which services process your data and in which countries.
Ask for procurement information
Tell us what you need. We reply within two business days.
